my approach

Before healing can happen, your nervous system needs safety and support. From there, we begin to explore your biology, your lived experiences, and the patterns that shape your daily life. Functional nutrition is a key part of the process, but it doesn’t stand alone. We also look at how your sleep, movement, boundaries, relationships, and sense of purpose affect your overall balance and resilience.

Long-term stress is exhausting. Over time, it can quietly disrupt how your body and brain function. The same is true for trauma. Both can shape how you feel, how you think, and how you move through life every day

If you’ve spent years pushing through while your system quietly unraveled, you’re not alone. Many of my clients have histories of stress or trauma that never seemed “serious enough” to pay any attention to. But it’s a slow burn, what some might call chronic, low-grade inflammation, and eventually, the effects of that wear and tear begin to surface. Often, it looks like:

  • unrelenting fatigue,

  • anxiety,

  • brain fog,

  • mood swings

  • and hormonal chaos

  • digestive issues and

  • regular infections

  • low motivation,

  • or a general feeling of being out of sync with yourself (and the rest of the world)
